Samples ship in 7–10 business days. Bulk orders complete in 10–15 days after you approve the mockup. Rush slots are sometimes available — ask.

We keep your artwork and patterns on file, so repeat orders skip the setup and go straight into production.

Yes. Send your logo, colours and any reference images; a full digital mockup arrives within 24 hours with unlimited revisions and no obligation.

Everything: colours, patterns, crest, sponsor logos, player names, numbers, fonts, collar style, fabric and packaging. Sublimation has no colour or design limits.

Vector is best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. High-resolution PNG also works. Send Pantone references if you need exact colour matching. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it needs redrawing.

We ship worldwide, including to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the EU and the Gulf. Courier shipments by DHL Express usually arrive in 5–7 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance; DDP shipments take around 12–14 days; sea-freight time depends on the route and is estimated for each order. Every shipment is tracked.

We quote EXW Sialkot by default. FOB, DAP and DDP are available on request. Unless your quote explicitly says DDP, import duty, VAT and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We supply a commercial invoice and packing list with correct HS codes.

Yes — full OEM and ODM programs for wholesalers and teamwear brands: your neck labels, hang tags and packaging, produced under NDA if required.

A 50% deposit starts production. When your order is ready, we email you photos of it and the balance invoice, and the remaining 50% is due within 7 days of that email, by bank transfer. Please choose the "OUR" charge option at your bank, so charges outside Pakistan are paid by you; we pay only our own bank's charges. Every order is paid in full before it ships. The full payment and cancellation terms are in our terms of business.

There's no fixed price list, because the price of a custom kit depends on the product, fabric, quantity, decoration (sublimation, printing or embroidery), packaging and shipping requirements. Send your spec through the quote form or by email and you'll get a written quote, valid for 30 days.

Yes. A sample is usually charged at around twice the normal per-piece production price, and the buyer covers courier shipping, which depends on the parcel's size, weight and destination. We confirm both costs before starting, and the sample cost may be adjusted against a confirmed bulk order.

Report any issue within 7 days of the goods reaching you with photographs. Verified problems are resolved by remake, replacement or credit. Because every garment is printed and cut to your artwork and sizing, custom orders cannot be returned for change of mind.

Every mockup ships with a detailed size chart covering youth and adult cuts. On request we produce a size-set sample before bulk.

Yes. Send us a garment from your current kit and we will pattern-match it, so a switch does not mean re-sizing your whole squad.

We don't publish any third-party certifications or audits at the moment. If your supplier onboarding needs factory details, compliance documents or a specific social-compliance audit, tell us what you require and we'll confirm what we can provide, or discuss arranging an audit.
