Six steps from idea to delivery

What actually happens between sending us a logo and opening the box.

  1. Brief us

    Send your logo, colours, quantities and any reference images, by email or through the quote form. Rough sketches are fine; a photo of last season’s kit is a good start.

  2. Approve the mockup

    A full digital mockup comes back within 24 hours, free, with unlimited revisions. Nothing is cut until you approve it in writing.

  3. Sublimation

    Artwork is printed into the fabric rather than onto it, so colour runs edge to edge and cannot crack, peel or fade the way a transfer does.

  4. Cut & stitch

    Panels are cut to your approved size chart, then stitched and finished to the approved mockup or sample.

  5. Quality control

    An internal inspection before shipment: measurements, stitching, print, embroidery, labels and quantities, checked against your approved design or sample.

  6. Ship tracked

    Door-to-door by DHL Express, or sea freight for bulk. You get tracking details when your order ships.
