Every order inspected before it ships
Before anything is packed, the finished order is checked against the design or sample you approved.
What we check before every shipment
- Measurements against the approved size chart
- Stitching and seams
- Printing and sublimation
- Embroidery and logos
- Colours against the approved design
- Fabric and finishing
- Labels
- Quantities
- Overall appearance
Every order is checked against the design or sample you approved, so what ships is what you signed off. If your purchase order requires a specific AQL sampling plan, tell us when you request a quote.
Supplier compliance
We do not publish third-party certifications or audits at present. If your supplier onboarding needs a code of conduct, compliance documents or a specific social-compliance audit, tell us when you request a quote and we will confirm what we can provide.
Tolerances
Custom garments are made to the approved measurement chart within ±1 inch (±2.5 cm). Sublimated colour is matched as closely as the process allows; slight variation between batches is normal. Full detail is in our terms of business.
