Who we are
KitNext makes custom sportswear, with production in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. We decide how the information described here is used, which makes us its "controller" under data protection law. For anything about your data, email info@kitnextsports.com.

Confirm its name and registered address and show them here (the controller must be identifiable), and confirm whether an EU or UK representative is required under Article 27 GDPR for a non-EU business that serves EU and UK buyers.What we collect
When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the product you are interested in, quantity, the date you need it by, your message, and any artwork or logo file you attach. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Technical details sent with the form: the address of the page you submitted it from, the date and time, and your device's IP address. We keep the IP address to detect and block spam and abuse of the form.
Advertising details, only if you allow advertising cookies: the ad click identifier, campaign tags and referring website that brought you to the site. Without your permission none of this is stored or sent with your enquiry. See the cookie policy.
When you email us, we keep that correspondence to handle your enquiry and any order. Email sent to our address is forwarded to our Gmail mailbox.

The tick box on the quote form confirms you have read this policy. We do not rely on it as consent to reply to you: replying is what you asked us to do.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with other manufacturers, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Who else handles it
These service providers process information for us, only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare: Hosts this website, processes the quote form and stores enquiries in its database. Location: United States (global network).
- Resend: Sends the enquiry notification to us and the confirmation email to you. Location: United States.
- Hostinger: Hosts our business mailbox (info@), where enquiries and your emails to us arrive. Location: Lithuania (EU) and its data centres.
- Google: Provides Gmail, where a copy of each enquiry notification is also delivered. Location: United States (global data centres).
Only if you allow advertising cookies:
- Google: Analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ads).
- Meta: Measuring Facebook and Instagram advertising, including the Conversions API.
Shipping carriers and customs brokers receive the delivery contact details needed for your shipment. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in Pakistan, so your information is handled in Pakistan and by the providers above, some of which are in the United States. Where a provider receives personal data from the UK or the European Economic Area, it relies on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
For review Confirm the transfer wording. A business outside the EU that collects data directly from EU buyers may not be making a 'transfer' in the GDPR sense; the safeguards named apply to the providers' onward transfers.How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months from your last contact, then deleted. The IP address is deleted with the enquiry.
- Orders: for as long as accounting, tax and customs law requires us to keep the records.
- Artwork and patterns: kept for repeat orders unless you ask us to delete them.
How we protect it
Enquiries are kept in password-protected accounts: our Gmail business mailbox and our hosting provider's database. The website and form use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the form has spam protection.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or delete it, or tell us to stop using it for advertising measurement. Email info@kitnextsports.com; we reply within one month.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area you also have the right to restrict or object to our use of your data and to receive it in a portable format. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
You can withdraw advertising consent at any time from Cookie settings; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Children
Our services are for businesses, clubs, schools and teams. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. Youth-team orders are placed by the adults responsible for the team.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
